[78-L] Macleish "Air Raid" Columbia album set

Recently picked up a very nice copy of this set in its earliest issue -- no
album number, blue pre-CBS "Full Range Recording" Columbia labels with "sold
as a set only" notation -- and am wondering about a couple of things.

Was there any accompanying booklet sold with this version of the album
offering cast credits? The album is extremely generic, with no liner notes
on the inner cover.

And when, exactly, was this performance recorded? It doesn't seem to be
taken from the live broadcast of 10/27/38, since two of the sides are marked
as second takes.
