matrix, details, recording and issue date, label scans - I have seen
listings for

 

AF1  Rosa Ponselle  Il va Venir (LA JUIVE)/Elsas Traum (LOHENGRIN)

 

AF3  Olive Fremstad and Lillian Nordica - 

 

AF appears to stand for ADDISON FOSTER, Philadelphia based founder

of the AMERICAN GRAMOPHONE SOCIETY.
