[78-L] Columbia Records Technical Series WT-1 constant tone frequency record [78 rpm]

Folks;

I have a copy of the Columbia Records Technical Series WT-1 constant tone
frequency record, a 12" shellac 78 rpm single-sided disc.

 

The label gives a list of all the spot frequencies recorded on it, which are
between 50 cps and 10 kcps.  But, there is no information as to the
recording level on the disc.  I want to use it to test the output of a
crystal cartridge I just bought.

 

Can I assume that this is recorded at some standard level like 3.54 cm/sec,
or is there some other standard level that was used for 78 rpm test records?
