Well, I had to laugh when you wrote 'hole-less rear'. I think my wife,
and
my friends who are doctors, and those who are gay, will be lying on the
floor laughing when I mention this!

But since you mention it I'm sure I have seen such sleeves in UK, I will
have a look through my ragtime box later.
