Did it sound like Anton Karas was present on the recording?  He made a very 
stringy version with the Wiener Unterhaltungorchester.
Oops, forget that.  It is the English conductor Malcolm Lockyer and his 
Orchestra.  Go to this site and click on credits.  Where it says Harry 
Lockyer Theme it obviously means Harry Lime.
