OF JAZZ STUDIES collection at Rutgers University, Newark, NJ.  They might be
able to shed some light....

1999:

Masterpiece 8550 (from set A13) MIKADO (Gilbert, Sullivan) green label TENOR
& ORCH "A wandering minstrel I" (mx, no. MM-953-A 11 S) SOPRAN, BARITONE &
ORCH "The Sun Whose Rays" & "Tit Willow" (mx no MM-954-A
12 S)

As per matrix numbers... seems not to be any of Victor products...?
It's worth to check Abrams/Settlemier databases or the 78 online discography
to see if those MM-953 and 954 matrixes are listed there...
(not at hand now).
