Usually, when I receive emails without a specifically directed message but with a link ending in .php, it is an indication that the supposed sender's email has been hacked.  Always, the email appears to be from someone you should know.  Sometimes the email address after the name is the one that belongs to the supposed sender, but other times it is an unrelated email address.  Most often, the message above the link says something like "Thought you'd be interested in this."  What I usually do when I receive such messages is send the supposed sender an email advising that their email has been hacked.  I do that by going to my address book.  I never click "reply.  The remedy is usually just to have the supposed sender change their email password.
