[78-L] record label abbreviations

Look in the first volumes of Rust's Jazz Records (either or both 
editions) and Johnson & Shirley's  American Dance Band (1st edition = 
Rust; 2ne edition = J&S) discogs. Sometimes the abbreviations are 
simple, sometimes they're a matter of the discographer's choice. Lord's 
Jazz discog is also good.
