[78-L] Lead-in groove mystery

I've had a few Columbia VTs from Odeon sources, -G suffixes, and I'm pretty 
sure some (possibly not all) have been dark purple, almost black. And I've 
certainly seen the same ones with blue labels, which are probably later pressings.
