[78-L] who is/was ROBERT H REID ???

I've found him listed as editor of the 1948 GRAMOPHONE SHOP ENCYCLOPEDIA,

and as writer of notes to Gramophone Shop album Purcell Eight Suites for
Harpsichord (Sylvia Marlowe),

and a number of early LP's on Urania, Period..

 

Anyone have any biographical info ???
