[78-L] Lines length

They both arrived in my inbox looking EXACTLY the same.  Seems to be a 
function of one's reception server, rather than anything the sender does.

Why to have a readable message one has to cut lines manually to a given
length, because if you write straight, the effect is like the NOTEPAD plain 
text
processor when you unclick the CUT LINES command; the lines are so long that 
you
have to pan along the screen to be able to read.
Just compare my former messages. The second one, surnamed BETTER READING,
has been written by manual cutting the length of lines to 72 characters or 
so.
