[78-L] TEST from the 78-L list manager

Looks like my fix for the 78-L bounce problem has caused another more serious problem so many people are not receiving the list emails.  I am trying to fix this as fast as I can.   

We did have a denial of service attack in the last 24 hours, a server tried to send email to the list and attempted over and over for about. 250,000 times!  I am now am cutting off any sender's server that tries to send email that rapidly, that means a hacker root-kit program trying to guess a name and password of a member.

I apologize for the problems, and will get this fixed or move the 78-L list to another server with another IP address (we have a bunch to choose from).   The 78-L list has existed since 1992 and originated at Cornell University.  The 78-L server is a public service contribution of Fial Incorporated  (www.fial.com).
