[78-L] Victor Xmas Sleeve

I don't seem to be able to connect to the list anymore but I'll try it one more time here. I am not seeing anything I post coming up in my yahoo account but I can find them in the archive files.  I found this Victor sleeve the other day in a large 78 hoard purchase (1k plus) and have not seen it before. Was just wondering why. Was it only issued for a short time with a special record ?
