No, everything is still crappyrighted in the US till the cockroaches have 
finished devouring Sonny Bono's remains, or 2067, whichever be the latter by 
the power of x. Sony at one time denied owning US Pathe but that didn't stop 
them from putting out a Josephine Baker CD.
