I believe this is it! Haven't listened to the soundtrack all the way through yet, but it is a Tiffany-Stahl production.
Regarding the rest of the soundtrack, I think this could easily be the complete soundtrack since the film is only 68
minutes long, seems it should fit on 8 - 16 inch sides, averaging less than 10 minutes per side at 33 rpm.

They only seem to list one song from the film, PALS FOREVER, which should help you confirm. But it does mention a
Tiffany-Stahl Production, which might be a clue. The search is on to find the rest of the soundtrack.
