Both the mono and stereo versions of BLUES PIANO ARTISTRY made their Schwann debut in the March 1962 issue.
Did the 20 year extension on sound recording copyrights ever become official in Europe?

The recording date doesn't count, the issue date does, and if the stereo
version wasn't issued till (let's say) 1968, that's what starts the clock on
that incarnation. The mono would still begin counting from 1962. (Except for
those reissue labels in France, Portugal etc that don't care.)
