Here's an interesting article from Brooklyn Magazine (i've never seen it
-- I'll have to send Leah out to find it) about jazz record collecting
in the 1940s that even mentions HAL FLACKSER.

It is from a forthcoming book about record collecting "Do Not Sell At
Any Price" by Brooklynite Amanda Petrusich. I'll have to look her up
when I get back to Brooklyn next month. Maybe she might do an ARSC NYC
presentation or one at the Brooklyn Public Library.
