Maybe a Japanese pressing sold exclusively at the US Army PX? 

German TelDec (Telefunken-Decca) is known to have pressed RCA-Victor 
45s and LPs with German labels in quantities of mostly 50 copies for sale 
in the PXs in Germany. These included many records that were never 
distributed in German record shops, but with German RCA labels nonetheless. 

Similarly in Japan?
