[78-L] Weird Copyright Issue on YouTube

I recently posted a 1947 Duke Ellington recording on YouTube and got a copyright notice that
this video would be blocked in some countries.  I clicked the blocked countries list and it is 
blocked in Antarctica.  

This just seems really weird to me....
