[78-L] Transcription info sought

Russ, I'm going to be in London for a week late in April.  Perhaps I
might be able to look at them and give advice.  Lacquer discs are one of
my specialties.

Is the lacquer coming away from the disc or is that cellophane liner the
BBC 
used disintegrating? That's real fun to scrape away.
