[78-L] ID singer on Sands Point Casa Loma

I just played the thing...at first I thought it might be an early Tony Sacco 
vocal in his high register but I decided that wasn't it.

"Jack Richmond" itself sounds like a pseudonym for somebody...anybody ever 
seen the name in another context?
