[78-L] Listee harassment

We have a 93 year old in our village who takes his daily bicycle ride 
and insults everyone he sees. That's his way of socializing and nobody 
cares.
I'd just block this fella from my computer. His messages would go right 
into the dustbin - you wouldn't even see them and he wouldn't even know 
you're not reading them.
But he'd be happy writing them, keeping him alert. We should help our 
elderly.
