[78-L] Small center hole

Not necessary to spin it. Just apply a little even, easy pressure as you 
turn the reamer.
Works like a charm.
If the record is off center (the original hole is not centered causing 
"wow") that's another matter. I wouldn't use the reamer tp attempt to 
fix that as there are other methods for dealing with an off-center 
spindle hole when transferring the record to another format.
