According to Tony Russell's Country Music Records, it is Bob Wills for 09/30/1936 session.

Can anyone identify, for certain, who the vocalist is on Bob Wills’ 1936 record, ROCKIN’ ALONE IN AN OLD ROCKIN’ CHAIR.  Can’t find any mention on the web.  The label does not identify the vocalist.  My guess, maybe Johnnie Lee Wills??  Possibly Bob Wills??
