[78-L] Vocalion copy MP3 Needed

Is anybody holding a good copy of Vocalion 14072 rec October 1923 by Irving Kaufman, "I'm sitting pretty in a little city" and "Sittin' IN A Corner", 

 

I'm looking for this record for a very long time, and couldn't find a proper copy. I'll be very glad to have a mP3 COPY if possible,
