I was surprised to find that the
ARSCLIST web interface doesn't load, but
then I remembered that it's hosted by the Library of
 Congress, which has
made their web resources inaccessible due to the government
 shutdown.
Meanwhile, for some time the Historic Masters website has
 been equal parts
old content and PHP errors, so it's no surprise to read
 Stanley Henig in
the latest Classical Recordings Quarterly: "there was
 ultimately no way
 round the ever-diminishing demand."
