Are you cataloging the collection? It's worth taking the time to do so 
and if you do 10 records a day
you'll be finished in no time... 23,657 years, or so.
Actually 20 records a day would take you around 2 years, 9 months.
After that all you have to do is add into the database every time you 
get new ones.
