And again, my understanding is that all recordings now in PD will remain
in PD,
which means everything issued through 1962. For what it's worth, Canada
hasn't
announced any changes to the 50 year rule, so the "anywhere in the
world"
provision might be loosely applied here, but lotsa luck.
