[78-L] The Public Domain Review

Maybe we're talking about two different things, but what recordings issued in 
1964 are going to be PD in 2014 if the copyright changes go through this year? 
1962 will be the last year, and recordings issued through 1962 will remain PD 
(unless, again, I've missed something).
