[78-L] Strange record

I have come across a curious record.  It is a 78rpm seven inch disc pressed on paper thin vinyl.  The label is a red RCA batwing, (smaller batwing than normal) with a double circle in the centre bump with the lightning style "RCA" in one circle and the dog and gramophone in the other.  Below that there's a notice to "Start outside" and "Pressed by RCA Victor division of Radio Corporation of America".  Then the title, "How to get your share of wealth".  Below that, on the left side of the spindle hole it says Side, (1 or 2), over the word, "Canada";  on the right side of the hole it says, "78 RPM" over the number, "F7NV-7487" on Side one and "F7NV-7488" on Side two.  Below the hole, in the largest letters on the label it says "BY OLD TIMER".  Finally, at the bottom of the label it says, "Produced by Church Rickards and Co., Made in U.S.A.".  It seems strange that it says "Canada" at one place and "Made in U.S.A." at the bottom.

Has anyone else seen one of these?
