[78-L] Continental 78rpm - classical

I've been digging for info on the recordings of ELISABETH (Elizabeth) WYSOR, an American Contralto.
She recorded an album for CONTINENTAL comprised of records 4012-4015.

Can anyone confirm the album number (possibly 101) and title, and whether the discs are 10" or 12" ??
Recording and/or release dates??  Matrix for 4012-A GLUCK: Alceste-Divinites Du Styx??

Is there a CONTINENTAL discography??  78discography lists none of the 4000 series.
