Definitely 1929, and only half (or slightly less) of the work. Sitwell herself 
recorded it at least two more times, on American Columbia in the late 40s (78 
and lp) and for London with Peter Pears around 1954. The Red Deccas were still 
in print through the late 40s. Also
 issued on US Decca (25000 series) I believe.

It must have been one of the first Decca recordings in the UK since the company seems to have been formed in 1929, a strange item for a fledgling outfit.
One has to be impressed with this recording; each side contains a number of poems, each one a bit of a tongue twister, yet there's nary a stumble and, of course, there was no editing.
