I've had a couple of copies of that Dietrich album and both had the same problem. Sony's CD was just as bad. Columbia's live albums from that era tend to be a gamble. Well-recorded? Poorly-recorded? Studio-recorded with fake applause dubbed in? You never know what you're getting.
