Yes, it's in Jazz and Ragtime Records (probably also in earlier editions of Jazz Records, but I didn't look there). It may be a string band, but it's definitely jazz. Milenberg Joys is a jazz standard, and Chili Blues is a typical jazzy blues of the era. The fact that they used atypical instruments for jazz doesn't disqualify this record.
