[78-L] Weird problem with ripping a CD-R

I've transferred two sides of a transcription to a CD-RW and have made a number 
of attempts using FreeRip to rip the sides as mp3 files. But FreeRip for some 
reason recognizes (incorrectly) these tracks by their timings, and labels them 
"The Climax (Reworked)" and "Clear and Present", despite the file titles I've 
typed into the window. Properties show up as "read only". Attempts to send the 
file result in sending a link which can't be recognized or read. I can't figure 
what's going wrong here, and I wonder if the only solution is to re-transfer 
the sides in such a way as to change the timings..does FreeRip think I'm 
stealing something?
