[78-L] Fred Williams obit

Fred was a friend. He lived his last years without legs (diabetes, I think), but on my last visit to him at the Fairview Nursing Home in August 2009, he was still working on discographies.

At the Fairview Nursing Home I brought him a CD with old Bulgarian band records I had got a friend to transfer for me so I could give it to Fred. When he was a boy, he lived with his family in Bulgaria for a few years. I think his father was born in Canada and was buried in Varna Bulgaria by the Black Sea.

Did he smoke those cigars until the end?/steve
