[78-L] SIR LANCELOT Discos CREST

Can anyone supply the details for DISCOS CREST 1101 and 1104 which appear to
be part of a 4 disc set.  I have data for 1102 and 1103, listed below.
What is the ALBUM NAME and NUMBER ???

I also see a listing of a Sir Lancelot LP, issued in France on the CONCERTEUM label (Jacket) with a disc
on the DISCOS CREST label, catalog number CT-LP-101-2, and no indication of 10" or 12"
No track list - can anyone supply the track list and other details???

Other than the CONCERTEUM Lp, have these tracks been issued on LP or CD?

There is an article in Billboard Sep 14, 1946 noting the creation of CREST
records in L.A., indicating recording by Sir Lancelot, Chino Ortiz and others.
