[78-L] Charlie Poole reissue

The folks at Tompkins Square may not know there is now a digital processor which
can remove flutter and wow from most music recordings, especially those which are
rich in harmonics.  It's called Capstan, made by a German company called Celemony.  
It isn't inexpensive, of course.
