[78-L] 78 stylus for a modern turntable

Okay, experts..I've been asked if there is a 78-RPM stylus that can work in an 
Innovative Technology player, which does have the 78 speed. I see replacements 
available from Target but no indication that they're anything other than the 
usual microgroove.
