Here's a YouTube posting -- featuring a home recording with Bonnie Guitar
and her family rehearsing and delighting in doing so for a concert. She was
85 or older when this was made. Her daughter, Paula Tutmarc Johnson, a fine
country, pop and jazz singer died three days ago. Paula (from the 45 rpm
era) recorded a "bubbling under the Top 100" pop song many years ago.

All that said, there are few artists from the 78 rpm era available to watch
practice. She began at 78 rpm and hasn't slowed down. She released several
songs on Seattle's Morrison label releases in the late 1940s, on at least
two Seattle labels--Morrison and Rivers. Her then husband, Paul Tutmarc
(and his Wranglers) was 29 years older than Bonnie when they married. Their
grandson, Shane Tutmarc is keeping the music alive, and lives and records
in Nashville.
