On US Decca pressings of the early 1940s, what is the difference between takes designated "-A" and "-AA"? Are these different takes entirely, or simply different dubbings from the same lacquer master? (I'm assuming Decca was mastering on oversize lacquers by then?) Thanks, Bryan W.
