[78-L] Fake stereo

Those were horrible, and a plague to those of us in radio because in the 60s 
most of our listeners were still listening in mono. The RCAs had a delay (so 
you'd get two Harry Belafontes), the Capitols were out of phase, other labels 
had other problems.
