[78-L] OKEH Label Introductory Promo Record c.1949

The promo label type is the 1940 OK label, started ca. 7/40 with OK 05622.
This has a 4-line legend under the OK logo.
Ca. Sep 1941 the upper line ("Registered...") was omitted.

Mid 1951 the label was revived with a slightly different, more bold logo, 
with a 2-line patent & registration legend below trademark.
