[78-L] OKEH Label Introductory Promo Record c.1949

1940 is correct for when the label was renamed from Vocalion. It was revived
again in 1951 as an R&B label (which didn't stop them from putting Johnnie Ray
and the 4 lads over there), and the most recent OKeh revival is 2013.
