There's a constant supply of Volume 1 and 2 at Abebooks, I bought both
editions last year for $79 total, in quite good condition, and have just
ordered a second first edition for a collector friend at $22 including

Ridiculous. First-Class Package International Service (3-pound box) is about
$32. (The book alone weighs about 42 ounces.)
