Interesting note about making an insurance claim. I insure every record I ship. 
I think I've had three arrive broken..one which was rerouted to Iceland, one 
where the buyer just didn't want to bother and said "You owe me one" (the hell 
I do, that's what insurance is for, even on a ten dollar item) and one where 
the buyer says "It arrived broken" and I'm saying "Fine, I have my proof of 
insurance, you find yours and deal with it".
