[78-L] OT: Source for CD double jewel boxes

Apologies in advance for the off-topic post, but I was wondering if anyone here knew of a source for double jewel boxes. The kind that hold up to four CDs. I have a friend who recently picked up a number of CD sets that are in these double boxes, but he said the boxes are cracked and broken and in need of replacement. Regular jewel boxes are not hard to find, but I don't think I've ever seen the double/4 disc boxes for sale anywhere.
