I've been away from the computer all day, but I want to thank everyone for the ideas.  I have made note of all of them.  I was definitely asking about only beer songs.  And I wasn't surprised that most of the pre-1947 examples are rather obscure, at least to me.  But that certainly isn't true for DOWN WHERE THE WURZBURGER FLOWS and UNDER THE ANHEUSER BUSH. Those were definitely big hits in the early '00s.  I know I had an early 50's version, I think by Jimmy Wakely, but can't seem to lay my hands on it.  
I also found another one from pre-1947 that was slightly popular in 1940, BEER AND SKITTLES BY Louise Massey.
