I have five of them. Don't know if there were anymore.
In addition to Slaughter on Tenth Avenue there are "Throw Mama From the
Train A Knish...", "The Little Dutch Mill on Blueberry Hill...", "You Go To
My Head...", and "Hannibal Crossed the Alps - But I Can't Get Around You".
