Looks like it was a promotional item, specially pressed for some 
occasion by RCA -- whatever the occasion was!  In the 50s and 60s, 
Holiday magazine put out an annual travel guide, and there were 
individual booklets about specific destinations, which included 
Hawaii... but I have no clue what the link was between the magazine, 
Hawaii, the record and Suburban Marketers, which put the record out.  
All I could find was a "Suburban Marketers, Inc" in Pennsylvania, and 
they've been in business for more than 55 years... SO this remains a 
mystery for now...
